BREAKING NEWS: Wet weather water quality updates are coming to Toronto, Ministry of the Environment decides

Waterkeeper has just received the Ministry of the Environment's response to our 2014 legal application, in which we asked the City of Toronto to start releasing water quality alerts during wet weather.

The Ministry of the Environment has decided that Torontonians should have more information, including water quality advisories for non-beach areas and real-time bypass updates.
