Waterkeeper's submission on the National Energy Board modernization review process

The federal government is currently in the process of initiating a review of the National Energy Board (NEB) to better ensure its accountability and transparency, and restore public faith in the regulator’s neutrality and ability to promote the public interest (including the need for a healthy environment).

Lake Ontario Waterkeeper is participating in the current NEB modernization review process to help ensure that amendments resulting from this review process will serve to support the health and wellbeing of watersheds across the country.
